swcursor: Concentrate swcursor logic in swcursor.c
The software cursor code is not frequently used (only the coreboot framebuffer vga code uses it). Move its logic out of the main code and into swcursor.c. Signed-off-by: Kevin O'Connor <kevin@koconnor.net>
